Yes. We use an outbox and exponential backoff with jitter. Payloads are signed so you can verify integrity.
Can I scope API keys by capability?
Yes. Keys can be scoped to invites:write, instances:read, bookings:write, bookings:read, and other capabilities so you grant least privilege.
