Do you prorate upgrades or downgrades?
Plan changes are prorated by Stripe for the remaining cycle where applicable.
Is there really a free tier?
Yes. The Free plan stays available with published limits so you can run real counted waiver usage before you pay. When you upgrade, you pick monthly or yearly billing and add a payment method at checkout. You can cancel paid plans anytime and return to Free—your data and templates stay with your organization.
